These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.halfpricemovers.com (the "Site") and any communications you receive from Half Price Movers ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our Site or submitting a quote request, you agree to these Terms.
About Us and Our Messages
Half Price Movers is a moving services company. When you submit a quote request through our Site and provide a mobile phone number, you agree to receive a text message from us responding to that quote request. This is a transactional message sent in direct response to your request. Any further conversation occurs only if you reply and engage with our team.
SMS Terms of Service
Opt-Out and Support
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (210) 650-4911. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message Frequency and Rates
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. After you submit a quote request, you will receive a text message responding to that request; any further messages occur only through back-and-forth conversation you choose to engage in. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, the Site by others. The information you submit must be accurate and your own.
Services and Estimates
Estimates provided through the Site are based on the information you supply and are not a binding contract for services. Final pricing, availability, and terms of any move will be confirmed directly with you before service is performed.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Half Price Movers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our communications. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
